The essay aims to investigate the deep significance for the trainer of the issue of borders and their weakening in the context of contemporary organizations. Through a critical analysis of the “organizational ambiguity” construct, developed by the Italian school of psycho-socioanalysis, it highlights the need to gain experience of boundaries, not denying but mobilizing and urging them. The methodology of operative group allows to make experience of the border as a limit, as a space of transformation and as a place of encounter and confrontation with the otherness.
